Review summary

Our itinerary was changed and we weren’t notified until we arrived at the terminal. We had excursions booked through independent companies. This was our fifth and last cruise on NCL. It feels like something happened with there customer service. We will do a different line next time.

Embarkation

This was the longest embarkation process I have ever had. People were lined up as deep as the terminal was long. No one was boarding remotely by assigned boarding time.

We purchased a 7 night specialty dining package and had wonderful food all week. Cagney’s was our favorite.

Entertainment

NCL has the best shows of all the lines we have sailed on.

Service and Staff

Our cabin steward was wonderful as well as the dining staff. We had issues with guest services and the spa manager who were incredibly rude resolving an issue with a spa credit they failed to add to our bill. They sent us back and forth and said they would call and were generally rude.
