Very quick process. It took us about 45 mins from drop off till we were on the boat. Our ship was just about full so we were very happy with 45 mins.

Food and Dining

We LOVE the food. We thought it was very delicious. We enjoyed the themed nights at the buffet. We ate in the Manhattan Room a couple nights and it was delicious as well. We enjoyed the variety and many options.
Onboard Activities

There were a variety of on board activities. The pool was a bit crowded but it was a full ship so that was expected. The only thing I wish was different was more activities like trivia. All in all, everything was enjoyable.
Entertainment

Burn the Floor and Six were very enjoyable. We didn’t see Velvet or a comedy show as there were not many comedy shows. Note: they allow you to start making reservations 3 months before your cruise. I’d advise you to go ahead and do so. Things fill up quick on the boat.
Service and Staff

Very impressed with our service. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Our room steward Shirley was amazing. She came twice a day for turn down and was so friendly. Our wait staff was friendly as well.
Ship Quality

Ship was very clean. The staff did a great job of making sure things weren’t laying around and trashy. The ships layout is ok but not great. Not a huge fan of the casino being in the middle of the floor. The whole smelled since it was the one place inside where you could smoke. But the smell does stay on that floor. Staff was placed around the boat with a spray bottle of antiseptic. You will for sure remember “washy washy”. Hand sanitizer stations are placed all over the place as well.
Cabin / Stateroom

Loved our cabin! The view was amazing! Large enough for both of us. We had plenty of space and storage!
Ship tip
Do your research. Research the ship and ports. I feel like a lot of people don’t do that and step on with unrealistic expectations. Make reservations before your trip.
We did the Mayan Ruins, Beach and Island Overview. Great excursion. Highly recommend. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because the restaurant they took us to was a tad pushy on if we wanted to buy extras (I.e jewelry, massages,cigars, etc). When you say no thank you, they will walk away but after a few minutes someone else would be back for something else. But you can always walk to the beach to escape! It was beautiful!
We did river tubing here. Jamaica wasn’t our favorite. It’s pretty but also looks run down so to the fact that people don’t have to finish building their houses before moving in so you have a lot of half built houses. Tourism is the main source of income for the country so people are extremely pushy. It’s understandable but a little on the much side.
Surprisingly smooth. It was organized and did not take long at all. Once our color tag was called, it took about 30 min to get off the ship. Process moved along.
