Review summary

The price of WiFi was outrageous and the whole TV 6 channel 3 of them news with today technology more Channel should be available and get off to the ship in New York was a disaster go by color not we were lime 8:30 - 9:00 but there where colors in front that weren't supposed to be there until later! The room wasn't clean that good the gentleman didn't even talk to us for pay $400 the services was terrible! My family would try a different cruise line in the future!

DH and I are booked on the Breakaway in November out of NOLA (we live there). We have always sailed on smaller ships, and have always had great experiences with NCL. We are a little concerned about sailing on a mega ship with 4000 people. Should we be worried? Hopefully, we haven’t made a mistake, and will have a great vacation as always. We are not the type of cruisers who “sweat the small stuff”,but I have read many negative reviews here. Any thoughts on this? Do you think with New Orleans being a smaller embarkation port than Miami or New York, we will have less people on the ship?

I am so confused and as a first time cruiser going with other first time cruisers hubby and 2 friends. I am sooo concerned I assumed NCL will be good choice.

Unbelievable, you are on a ship rolling about in the ocean and expect a multitude of your choice TV chanels and perfect wifi from outerspace shared with thousands of others! You are on vacation chill ffs!

We loved the Breakaway. So much to do and see! We definitely never get the internet package, and only turn on the tv to see the ship's position on sea days. Unplug, relax, and enjoy! That's the real spirit of cruising.

Wow I had a completely different experience with breakaway, I didnt pay 2k to watch tv and my room was always clean and neat. our service was amazing they literally go above and beyond for people, so sorry you didnt enjoy it
