Review summary

Never use United cruise lines very unprofessional they change things without notification if I could I would’ve asked for a full refund but I know they wouldn’t give it to me

I added a beverage package to my cruise a month before I was scheduled to leave and I was immediately ejected from my oceanview room that I paid for and put into an interior cabin without my notification no refunds were given no apologies were given will never ever use this service again

Terrible. I booked and paid for an ocean view room but because I added a beverage package a month before my trip I was immediately removed from the ocean view room and put into an interior cabin without notification and without a refund or apologies will never use this service again

Book your cruise directly with the cruise line do not use United because they don’t take responsibility for their screw ups

A little suspect; your post I meant. You paid for an oceanview but ended up in an inside when you added the beverage package which makes zero sense. Did you book perhaps a guaranteed cabin?

I've never heard of someone adding a package and getting a stateroom downgrade...... was this via a TA booking or directly with NCL? Did you originally have a GTY Oceanview and then changed to a non-GTY to add the UBP thus the room change? Weird
