Review summary

Positives:

Dinner at the Restaurants were very good.

Cabin room was cleaned.

Free Style eating had limited spinach at breakfast. There was always shortages. Going back & forth to the omelet line was wrong only to be disappointed. The Chef never refilled his pans with assorted foods to prepare omelets.

Improvements - Safety

Areas on the pool deck had hollow spots on the floor. You felt them when walking causing uneven surfaces.

The brown vinyl flooring on the pool deck was very slippery when wet. I hydroplaned and fell upon the boat going up to the water slide. That fall injured my left ankle, & toe.

We went fishing at Bermuda. The captain fished while we fished. He did not care for his mates. This is wrong. Plus the boat was catch & release which is fine. However he kept all the fish that was caught upon the boat for his own dinner.

O'sheens service and food was not good! We had a party of 4 and we were all disappointed.

Im curious to know exactly what people are expecting on a cruise? Do they think that the menus in the dining venue will have a large selection like a diner would have? Do they think that there will be no lines and no crowds? Do they expect cabins to be large and roomy? That the ports are perfect and the people are there greeting them with open arms and not trying to get their business? Do they expect the weather and seas to be perfect? I could go on and on, but I'm sure all of us who have cruised before get what I'm saying. Sit back, relax, be friendly and polite to those workers and enjoy yourself!!! The world or ship doesn't revolve around you!!!

Yes, wonder if agitators are just waiting to post. OP couldn't bring fish aboard the BA, so what ? Luckily there are some posts that help me plan excursions or places to go. Oye

I wasn't debating, don't get testy. All that tells me is that you fall in line with most of the public who does a ton of assuming & spews opinion as fact....that's not my opinion, that's true. And how in hell do u know if he can feed his family or not ? Don't shut me down as soon as it gets uncomfortable for you. You say a lot on this forum that I don't agree with as well as others & I barely say a word. Now it's my turn. I have the same rights as you

who said anything about charging unfairly? if he does, he's not alone, all of the ships jack up the prices of excursions to make money, that wasn't my point though so not sure why that's the part you're focusing on The point was that he surely earns a salary which he could feed his family with, that's my opinion, you are not required to agree with it. but honestly, I'm done debating it.

Perhaps for ones own personal budget they may be very expensive, but it doesn't mean that the owner is charging unfairly to cover his costs. I can't rent a private 200foot yacht for a week , so I use Norwegian. I may be able to afford a $7 cab ride to the free beach but not able to jet ski...it's all relative

none of the excursions are what you would call "economical" in my opinion, so yes I do assume they're quite expensive.

Being that I own a business, those who don't assume we are all millionaires. We have overhead costs , it's not all profit after the sale is made. Perhaps to cut down on his own cost of living he really might need to take that fish home. I don't know for sure, but I'll give him the benefit of the doubt. It would also be helpful to know the name of the fishing boat so that all can be forewarned of this man , his assumed exorbitant fees to use his boat & his lack of attention to his poor mates

it is very inappropriate that he did that, when we went on a catamaran our captain certainly did not jump in the water snorkeling. he maintained professionalism. Very unprofessional, doesn't matter what the reason, he can feed his family off the outrageous prices I'm sure he charged his guests.

Ever think that maybe the Captain had a family to feed and that is why he kept his catch! And when ever walking on wet surfaces, no matter what material it will be slippery!!
