Review summary

Our favorite part was the staff,room staff,Maltings and H20 bar staff, as well as the restaurant staffing. With one exception to be discussed in section below.

Disappointment when we could not get to the Stir Cay destination due to choppy seas. Understandable, however the only compensation was getting to Nassau early. One day in Nassau is more than enough.

The adult only sections were not monitored by staff, little children should be in their designated areas, older adults looking for peace and relaxation could not due to children taking up chairs and lounges.

not an exciting stop, excursions to Disney too time consuming to enjoy and get back to ship. it seems to be stressful.

Where did you have an issue with the kids? if it was somewhere other than at H2O then there is not much you can do about it. You will always have kids running around especially if its a school vacation week.And of course you will always have parents who have no respect for others or concern over their own kids.

The Staff is wonderful. Especially the restaurant staff and the staff of the Maltings Whiskey Bar and the H20 Lounge. The staff of the Spa also were wonderful. This makes all the difference. They made you feel special.
