Review summary
I was invited on this cruise to celebrate my 61st birthday early. After checking in, the first problem that I had was that $300.00 was withdrawn from my bank account supposedly to cover room charges. After I had to fight to get my money back, we were told that we would receive a bottle of wine and robes in the room, it took two days to receive it. I enjoyed most of the cruise until the last stop in Florida, and everyone had to deport in Orlando. As I was going back on to the ship, I tripped and fell down over one of the metal strips on the ramp going to the boat. Beverly Bryan, a crew member, witnessed it, walked me up to the check-in desk, and reported it to them. I was asked to go to the medical clinic, but they would only examine me if I paid $149.00, but I did not have it because I was still waiting for the bank to straighten out my account, so I reported it to guest services. I also gave the captain, Vue, a Christmas card, which included a statement about what happened. To this day, not one person has reached out to me to see how I am doing, and I am still unable to walk without pain in my knees. I don't think that I will ever cruise on this ship again. Cruisers beware!
