Review summary

Our favorite part of the cruise was going to Bermuda.  Our honeymoon was there and we desperately wanted to go back to Elbow Beach.  The food, entertainment, and service on the ship was fantastic.  The only improvement that I would suggest is with excursions.  We had booked two on different days and both were cancelled.  We got our money back, but not the money that was supposed to be given for the excursion from NCL.  We were more or less told tough luck.

Beautiful room. Passengers next door smoked on the balcony.

Ship tip

I would get a room in the middle of the ship and lower floor. When the ship hits rocky water, you will be less likely to get sick.

Could you explain your comment about not getting money back from your cancelled excursions? We sail in December and have two open days to fill. I am on the fence about booking through the cruise lines vs paying directly and I'd love to avoid any headaches with having funds tied up with NCL. I've already heard bad things about the service charge relinquishment policy changes.
