Review summary

the wait staff are a cut above Carnival; a server recognized me from last october.

we have been on the Breakaway for the 3rd time, in 3 years, to Bermuda. convenient N.Y.C. port plus easy parking next to the ship. $$$$

the food has surprisingly improved through the last 15 years

of our experience with NCL.

all the shows are repeats from last year, no big loss, because we have seen them on our first two cruses with this ship.

One Complainant - left a Gold & Aquamarine Ring in #11659 (cabin steward "harlee") reported same next day to NCL with No Reply !!!

getting old for rock climbing and water slides - we miss tea time with chamber music and seminars as with Holland America & Cunard.

Nadia, a server in restaurant "taste" remembered me from my last cruse on the ship, a year earlier - WOW - some memory ! i hand out tips to those that do not regularly receive them as well - remember the guy who polishes the brass rails on the stairs. wells .

the carpet, under the bed, may not have been vacuumed since our last sailing - too be fair - the turn around time for room cleaning, early sunday morning, is a hectic one. very nice sleep, supportive mattress, great pillows and a wonderful shower.

we did leave an extra tip, "harlee" was a personable attendant, always ready with a smile and hello.

We were on the getaway Aug 2014 and we went on the breakaway Aug 2015 one of the kids club staff recognized our daughter and called her by her name when we were in line to register
