Review summary

Favorite part of the cruise were the days at sea.  The excursions on land were very nice.  I wish there had been washing facilities on board.  The shops were inadequate.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
It seemed to take a long time to get served. Didn't matter which dining room. People came, ate and left before we got served.

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
It was very difficult to get to anything because so much was done in the atrium instead of the auditorium.

Entertainment

1 out of 5
Most of it was just too loud.

Children's Programs

Did not use

Service and Staff

3 out of 5

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
The ship was clean enough but it was difficult to get around to activities and such. I Liked the walk around deck but the restaurants on deck were too smokey.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
It was very hard to get in and out of bed because it was so close to the balcony door. Same with the closet. The sofa bed was too close to the closet doors.

Ports of call

New York, New York

3 out of 5
We walked a lot and the sidewalks were very crowded.

That's great clferr...... Holiday Inn, Sheraton, Hilton, my home, Disney World condos also have laundry facilities....... but not mentioned here because this is a NCL thread...

We are doing the 14 day cruise and yes it would be nice if they did have a laundry room so you could wash your clothes.

I agree with ESM. Coming home and not having a crap load of laundry to do is awesome. :)

have to admit.... been on many Princess cruises and on that last sea day morning..... an hour with a book doing laundry is worth the time and energy that isn't required post vacation when you are heading back to work etc.... Also, on 10 day cruises..... pack half as much... do a load or two on day 5 or 6.... Everyone vacations differently so work to you may not be for others.....

Why you need washing facilities on a cruise a week long is beyond me
