Review summary

THE CABIN WAS CLEAN AND THE CABIN STEWARD WAS EXCELLENT. THE COMMON AREAS OF THE SHIP ESPECIALLY THE POOL AREAS WERE NOT KEPT CLEAN THE FOOD SERVICE PERSONNEL SEEMED OVERWHELMED. THE CUPS WERE NOT CLEAN. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS CRUISE LINE TO ANYONE.

Sorry to hear that. I guess they will have the occasional dirty cup or plate and it's unfortunate that you got all of them. I think it was a fluke and you shouldn't judge your first experience.

Carnival is better lmao. Thanks for the laugh I thoroughly enjoyed it. Can not speak of this experience but mine was nothing like this. Super clean ship top to bottom when I was on and can't wait to go back.

We had an EXCELLENT time on the BREAKAWAY. From the food to the service to the entertainment. I've cruised with NCL 6 times already and have no desire what so ever to try any other cruise line. 😊

Love the breakaway. Going again in a few months. Never had an issues. If anything they have gone way over and beyond for an enjoyable vacation

I have been on the breakaway 2 times and going again in a few weeks.The ship was clean I never had a problem.Do not know why I see negative comments I mean maybe you grab a coffee cup and it's not clean someone probably put it back in the clean area.That is no reason to give bad reviews.I guess you can't please everyone.If you go having a negative attitude then you will find fault.😎

Carnival is better! Hands down better service and food! Less crowed and preferred same time seating at same table on Carnival. Norwegian had freestyle seating and too unorganized . Drink package def. worth it!!! Never any spoons so weird! Staff seemed like they didn't want to be there. Only nice pepper were room stewards some water slide staff. Ropes and slides were great for kids.

Me and my Gf will be leaving on Sunday. This will be my first cruise. I heard mostly positive things about the breakaway. The only negative thing I have heard was that the pool area is always very crowded and there are never any chairs available.

I've never had any of these issues on the Breakaway. Actually everything was perfect my first time on the Breakaway, that's why I booked a 2nd cruise on the Breakaway.
