Review summary

We were 13 people celebrating our 50th. We tried to make 3 nights together & were told we could not be at the same table. Later we found out that there was a special # to call if you are more than 12. No one told us that and then the restaurants were booked. My daughter finally got a res at Ocean for fri. night, ordered a cake and they said they had a table for us. She went to confirm that afternoon and was told that they could not do it. After begging they agreed to set us up right. Every night there was some sort of problem. your people don't know what they are doing. This was a huge problem & a real consideration in ever booking again. J B Guthrie

the food was good, but as I stated above they were not receptive to 13 people & reservations are too outsourced to know what they were doing.

I certainly can understand that if a cruise line gives you a problem every evening trying to book a table for 13, and you want to travel with a group again, then Norwegian is not the correct carrier.  To paraphrase an old saying, "Burned once, shame on Norwegian; burned twice, shame on you".

What a shame that dinner arrangements may keep you from booking again ...I hope at least the food & the rest of the trip was good .
