Review summary

Here is what I enjoyed-

1- Ease of access to activities and services including beverage and food

2- variety of activities on sea says

3- if you have never been to Bermuda it is the friendliest and easiest place ot get around

4- food is very good

What I HATED- it seems that Norwegian is so focused on one guest at a time and making that one guest happy that they ignore what that one guest being happy does to the 100 people around that guest. So they make Mr Smith happy but then there are 50 people who are adversely affected. Kids in the pool, not being able to eat certain food at Tepanyaki due to other guests food allergies (there should be an allergy flat top so non allergy guests can get the full experience and menu)......just little things that add up along the trip.

MARK was my Stateroom Attendant. I had the cheapest inside stateroom on the ship and was treated like the King of the Ship by Mark. He is amazing!!! Hello Sir Tim and Mrs Robyn!!! everytime he saw us INCLUDING in the theater on the last night when they were recognizing the behind the scenes people.

Cabin / Stateroom

Dark, secluded, quiet....had the cabin in 2015 and requested it this year.

Ship tip

Deck 16 Aft- Uptown Bar and Grill serves a basic breakfast (some pastry, breads, eggs, bacon, freshly made omlettes) then turns into a Burger and Salad bar for lunch while at sea. Sit outside, great view of Dockyard in Bermuda when you are in port. Never busy.
