Review summary

I would not travel Norwegian Cruise line again! The service and the hospitality was horrible. Most of the employees were rude and not friendly at all. Some employees were races to my family

. Also everything on the cruise ship to have to pay extra for. Never again

My stateroom for a balcony was very small. For the money you pay for three people. The room should had been bigger.

I have never had any employees be rude to me ever. I only have the highest respect for all their services they do. Over and above. Greatest people ever. Now I will say once in a while you will find passengers not so pleasant. I don't let things bother me, I'm cruising and loving it.

I was on the Breakaway in October 2015. I had the best service possible and a few workers went out of their way to help me even though I didn't ask for them to do anything extra.

I swear these kind of reviews are fake. I and any one I know have never had a bad experience with any crew member on my cruises. Now it's a different story when we talk about passengers ! 😃

43 more days before I cruise to Bermuda! This is my third time on Norwegian and my experiences with the cruise line has been positive. Sorry you were displeased with your cruise.

Six cruise in the last two years on NCL. We always get great customer service. Anytime we have had any problems NCL was always on point to make it right! Love NCL!

The last cruise we took with Norwegian was last yr on the Sun. Richard M. was our CD and had a wonderful personality along with his cruise director's staff. Simon was the Assistant CD. How and why do you think some of these crew were racist. This is something I never heard about. Yiy

I have taken 14 NCL cruises on 9 ships. 3 are not with NCL I took. I never had any problems. We always had a wonderful time. Each time We went to the MDR, We were always treated well. The hostess was so happy to see us and talked with them. The last cruise we took with N

I was just on the Breakaway last week, the crew was fantastic. I have never once had a bad experience on any of my 7 NCL cruises.

3 cruises on norweigian. Never what I would call bad service. Yes there are wait times and alot of people at the pool but isn't that the same in every ship. Some people look for problems. With little exception I think you have to try hard to have a bad time on a cruise unless you are a races!

I was on August 2015 -had very positive experience--sorry you did not -but your next step is to sit down -and write a detailed letter to customer services -it's unfortunate you didn't present to guest services at the time -to have matter addressed

I was on same sailing and had the opposite service was great and very friendly.You do have to pay extra for lots of things but every experience is different.It was my second time on the ship and will go again.
