Review summary

The best thing was the food. The room wasn't always checked in the PM which meant no towels in morning so we had to get the room steward. Some of the staff wasn't very friendly like other cruises I have been on. My wife said the public women's bathrooms smelled of old urine. There isn't much to do at night. Movies were shown in the Atrium right next to a bar so you couldn't hear the movie. We were planning on booking a 10 day cruise next year but are haveing second thought about going back to our old cruise line.

Ship experiences

5 out of 5

Onboard Activities

1 out of 5
Not as many activities as we are use to esp at night. Many things close early

Entertainment

1 out of 5
Not as much entertainment as we are use to on other cruise lines

Children's Programs

didn't use childrens programs

Service and Staff

1 out of 5
Staff not friendly and room steward didn't do a good job.

Ship Quality

1 out of 5
The ship 's design was poor esp in the pool area. Everything was crammed together and most of the chairs were in the shade. Public restrooms had horrible odor.

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
Room and balcony are smaller than we are use to. Our room wasn't cleaned very well at times and a few nights it hadn't been touched.

Wasn't a bad steward probably had the DND sign on and did not realize it all week

Only had a bad steward once out of seven cruises and that cruise happened to be my longest one! Had to remind him everyday, so I made him a list everyday!

Never had that issue. Must've had a bad steward

Best part of that review was... "not much to do at night" lol there are a dozen of things to do All Day & Night. If your bored on a cruise, I could only imagine how bored you must be at a resort.

Or room was checked every night and we had an abundance if towels. We usually saw it room steward at least once a day and let him know if we needed anything and it was there. Did you make sure the DND was off our that the Make up room light was on? It needs were always turned down and chocolates with a towel animal. He also knew us all by name. Maybe we just lucked out. We did however tip him all throughout the week in cash.
