Review summary

This cruise ship is oddly designed. Passengers were rude, mind you they majority of the passengers were older than 35. Even a fight broke out by the pool area. Passengers smoked without even given other passengers the common courtesy of asking if they could light up. Smoking should be ban at all areas where the majority of the passengers met and a designated area for smokers only should be instituted. Before entering the casino which is smack in the middle of the cruise ship it reeks of cigarette smoke. I dubbed that the "toxic zone" and tried to avoid it which was nearly impossible. The casino should be located at the back of the ship so that passengers can avoid it if the smell of smoke makes them sick. Other than that it was a good cruise.

It has poor design. See my comment above. I got extremely ill because of the passengers smoking when there were large crowds outdoor. That should be banned. The ship was clean though.

The cabin was clean and Geoffrey was excellent.

Ship tip

The Manhattan Room is a nice place to have dinner. They put on shows while you are eating.

there is designated smoking area that guy doesn't know what he's talking about the casino is open but they enforce their non smoking rules i hope you and your kids enjoy your cruise jmm1819 and remember us smokers have feelings and rights too

I did not realize that there were not designated smoking areas. both of my children have asthma and cannot be around cigarette smoke. that sux!!!

I agree with bigb591.. I was on splendor and out of the whole ship we had the smoking area in casino n one side of deck on deck 10 and 11.. that's the only places smoking was allowed in the whole ship ..you have the rest of the ship so non smokers have the rest of the 95% of the ship ..so honestly with all that space u don't even need to come to our area..just saying. .as far as the casino back in the day of u went to casino it use to be allowed in the whole casino n if u want to gamble people didn't care they still went. .people always have to complain about something. . I heard so many negatives before cruising I didn't know what to expect. . but I actually enjoyed my whole experience. .so people keep your negatives to yourself n don't rain on someone else's parade

i smoke you think it's easy finding a place where no one complains give us a break that small area on the pool deck is small with 20 people with 6 chairs have some consideration for us we have rights 2 thanks for reading
