The only negative is the the common areas are far to small to accommodate the number of passengers on this ship.  For instance, finding a available chair on deck is a project, and the pool area is far to crowded to enjoy.  The Atrium activities are also far to crowded to host in that location.

Also, why does the smoking area have to take up space right in the pool area? This smoking area should be moved to another location or eliminated completely.

If you use a Porter you seem to move faster through Customs. It wasn't clear that you have to take the elevator back up stairs to be picked up.
