BREAKAWAY DISAPPOINTMENT

Sail Date: April 19, 2015

Reviewed: 1 year ago

Traveled As: Large Group

Room Type: Balcony

WE ALL (6 TRAVELERS IN MY PARTY) WERE VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS SHIP.  WITH SO MANY PEOPLE YOU LOOSE THE PERSONAL FEELING WITH THE STAFF.  OUR STATEROOM WAS SMALLER, THE BALCONY WAS HARDLY ENOUGH ROOM TO FIT 1 PERSON LET ALONE 2 AND THE CLOTHES CLOSET WAS DIFFICULT TO GET TO ANYTHING OUT OF IT.  OUR STATEROOM ATTENDANT WAS EXECELLANT EUGENE RODRIGUEZ-  WE WERE VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE FOOD-NOTHING TO RAVE ABOUT.  WE WILL CONTINUE TO TRAVEL ON NORWEGIAN CRUISE LINE BUT NEVER ON THE LARGE SHIPS AGAIN. WAY TOO MANY PEOPLE TO TRAVEL WITH.

Ship Quality
Food and Dining
WAS NOT IMPRESSED WITH THE FOOD-NOT A GOOD VARIETY
Service and Staff
MY STATEROOM EUGENE RODRIGUEZ WAS THE BEST
Entertainment
COULD NOT ENJOY ANY SHOWS-TOO LOUD
Onboard Activities
BORING
Cabin / Stateroom
THE SETUP OF THE CABIN WAS TERRIBLE. BALCONY WAS MUCH TO SMALL TO ENJOY-WHAT A SHAME I HAD TO PAY FOR A BALCONY AND HARDLY USED IT. THE CLOTHES CLOSET WAS HORRIBLE. I HAD TO CRAWL OVER THE COUCH TO GET TO MY CLOTHES-VERY POOR PLANNING

Tip

YOU COULD NOT ENJOY SITTING IN THE ATRIUM. ALWAYS SOMETHING VERY LOUD GOING ON-NEED MORE SHOWS IN THE THEATER FOR ADULTS
