There is a fee for bowling. not sure about darts.

I just got off the Breakaway 3 weeks ago. They charge for bowling and darts. The only free activities are the water slides and ropes course.

I think I remember the darts being about one dollar per game, and you just slide your cruise card and it gets billed to your room.
