Great ship. Many amenities. Driving the go carts was exciting and fun. The water park was fun as well. Overall, too many people to be confortable. The upscale restaurants were wonderful as was the food at these as well as the free restaurants. The Observation deck is really wonderful although some folks decided to sleep on the lounges...not just take a quick nap...sleep for hours!
Embarkation

Easy although we were told that no one would be allowed to board the ship before noon. We arrived around 11:15 and many many folks were already on the ship.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
5 out of 5
No complaints with the food or drink except that some particular alcoholic drinks were within the free package and others were not. The confusing part was that it depended on whioch bar you were at!
Onboard Activities
3 out of 5
Enjoyed the pool but, as usual everywhere, the crowds were overwhelming while at sea. Crowds were way too dense especially at the buffet no matter which meal was being served
Entertainment
5 out of 5
Excellent! The "Six" and Jersey Boys" were both great. Would like to have seen more piano bars which are more intimate and are more common on smaller ships
Children's Programs
No children with us
Service and Staff
3 out of 5
Again confusing. To get something as simple as the complimentary water delivered to our room took 4 days and several calls to the concierage, speaking to the front desk, as well as our cabin steward. When finally delivered, we had more water than we could possibly drink!
Ship Quality
3 out of 5
The atrium area was too small to accomodate the crowds whenever entertainment was offered. Cleanliness was good overall but spotty in some areas such as public bathrooms and stairwells.
Cabin / Stateroom
4 out of 5
The only complaint was that, in the past, and on other ships, there is a curtain that can be closed to seperate the sleeping area from the sitting area. This is not the case on this ship.
Ship tip
Be prepared for crowded area whether on deck or during entertainment.
No problems but, here again, depending on when you leave, you will wait forever for an elevator and many folks take their own luggage which creates crowding.
Interesting note about the available drinks being different at various bars and some not being included in the package. Will have to dig into this more to better understand.
