Ship needs TLC and more staff. No need to miss port because bow thruster is not working.

Food was good and varied, but not enough service staff...specially in Lido buffet.

HAL has the best promanade walking deck of any cruise line. Please never change them.

BB King group was spectacular...Also dancers where very good.

They all try so hard for the most part, just that HAL did not have enough of them. Ship only had 1500 pax and still not enough servers...

Spacious, good view, bed was fine, TV, Bathroom... furniture a bit warn and some noice rattling on the ceiling at times, but was able to stop it.

Ship tip

Niew Statendam is MUCH better.
