As this was our first cruise and first time visiting Alaska, we weren't sure what to expect. I was so pleased with the excursions as well as the cruise itself. It was well coordinated and enjoyable.

It was so smooth and easy. I was impressed by how the team members guided you each step of the way. It was my first cruise so I didn't know what I expect but everything ran like clockwork.

The food was great. My only concern was how tricky it was to use your drink package. I felt like I never knew what was being charged and what wasn't. More transparency would be helpful.

We utilized the spa several times. The 'hard sell' of products was a bit disconcerting and didn't provide a very relaxing experience.

Our steward was fabulous! We always had what we needed and felt very cared for. The first several days of the cruise, the service was outstanding, however, as the trip progressed, it was evident that the enthusiasm was waning by the staff at the Lido. Feby was our server at Tamarind during two visits and she made our night so enjoyable.
Ship Quality

The layout was fine, however, the cleanliness could be improved. The common areas we enjoyed were not being regularly cleaned and it was often difficult to find a space that was free from food crumbs and waste.
Cabin / Stateroom

Our cabin was very comfortable. The bed and linens were so soft and cozy. The cabin itself was quite dusty when we arrived and I had to wipe things down myself to feel that it was clean enough. We had plenty of storage and it was overall very comfortable.
Ship tip
Make reservations for spa, excursions, and restaurants early. We are so grateful we did this prior to embarkation because we saw so many people struggling on the first day to book everything. Plan early and you'll be great!
Nice ship but sleepy. Went on this ship in 2019 and by 9:30 every night it was like ghost town. Entertainment was good but needed very early. Even the casino was closing some nights when we were still playing.
