We went on Nieuw Amsterdam in March of 2018. Loved it. Not a lot to do in the day on the ship but that's what the ports are for. And the ports were great. The food in MDR was absolutely delicious every night. We're not fans of buffet but their food was quite good also and l love how they serve you. The burgers were the best we've ever had at the Dive-In along with the hotdogs and french fries. Also at the pizza place you get a whole pizza, made to order, not just a slice. Our cabin steward always greeted us by name when he saw us and asked how our day was at the different ports. Our cabin we always spotless and never had to ask for anything. The whole staff was always smiling and friendly especially at the buffet. Would definitely go on the Nieuw Amsterdam again.
