Food and Dining

5 out of 5
We only ate in the Lido or Manhattan dining rooms\, but the choices were plentiful and delicious and times lent themselves to anyone's needs.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Activities were varied and numerous and the entertainment was wonderful.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
This was the most pleasant group of people we have ever experienced. They went out of their way to help out and make you feel special. They were so friendly; it is a rare experience to have your stateroom staff call you by name.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Public areas were spotless and easy to access. Decor was very interesting in how it related to New York

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
This was our first experience with a veranda and it certainly enhanced our overall enjoyment. The stateroom itself was very comfortable with amble storage room. Very comfortable beds.

Pros: The ports of call and the excursions available

Cons: At disembarking with luggage in Venice there wasn't an available elevator or escalator

Recommends Nieuw Amsterdam? Yes!
