This was our Second cruise from the Royal Caribbean. We are looking forward to our next cruise that will be coming up in 2020. We enjoyed our trip everything was great except for the storm that interrupted our day at the Bahamas.

It was my 1st cruise and my experience was best. I am encouraging other friends to visit Royal Caribbean Cruises. Thank you for making my experience soo good.

We did an all girls trip with 3 adults and 5 kids ages. Kids ages range from 10 to 15. There was plenty of stuff to do for all of us to enjoy. The staff was very friendly. The ship was clean. The food and entertainment was very good. I would recommend this trip to everyone.

Really good itinerary if you are still relatively new to cruises. You experience a typical port of call and and a privately owned destination. The recent "amplifications" to the ship are great and enhance an already excellent expereicne.

Cocoa cay was really nice. They have built the island up a lot since we were last there just a couple of years ago. Can’t wait to take the kids back to see it now and enjoy the children’s amenities.

Overall this was a great trip! 3 days were perfect for a quick little getaway. The boat was very nice, clean and the food and drink was great. We enjoyed all of the stops for the most part.

I love Navigator of the Seas ! With ice skating rings , rock climbing walls ,Slides , and the flow rider , It’s non stop fun !

RCL profits before passenger satisfaction policies really put a damper on this cruise. I expect to pay extra for alcoholic beverages, spas, etc. and to pay gratuities for actual services performed. Instead, many items are extra and there are duplicated and inappropriate charges. RCL does not permit water bottles to be brought onboard. I have a medical condition that requires me to stay hydrated. From the first moment onboard I was harassed by crew members trying to sell me unwanted items and upgrades. I wanted to find the water stations onboard. Ultimately, I only found one on Deck 5 and one on Deck 11. There is a mandatory $14.50 per person per day gratuities charge even for days when one is off the ship and not using the services onboard. But the premium meals also add an 18% gratuity even though it is being served by the same waiters and staff as the regular meal. This blatant double charging should stop. I never ordered a special meal because of this policy. There is also an 18% automatic charge for buying a water bottle when leaving the ship or at a station at the pool. The only service provided is swiping a card. But the most outrageous hidden pricing occurred on Coco Cay. There are self service beer taps (see photo). There is no pricing information shown. Only after buying an unknown quantity of beer at an unknown price and presumably plus an 18% gratuity charge did I learn what I spent. With more transparent pricing I would have spent more. Sailing with RCL has its' pleasant moments but expect to be overcharged in some way.

It’s a nice ship but smelling and in need of some repairs. Staff are super friendly and awesome!

I can’t say I’d recommend this cruise. I thought maybe because it was a holiday cruise it would be fun, but there were no decorations to be seen. Also, you could not watch the parade from your room. The staff was not friendly, the food was subpar for Royal standards. The environment was very depressing at times. This boat had a more older crowd than I expected. On the positives, Cococay was very nice. They did a great job. Also, my towel animals brought a smile to my face. Plus the band really seemed to enjoy their jobs.

This cruise was a perfect getaway. Thoroughly enjoyed Cococay, love all the updated fun activities. Food, drinks, staff, activities for young and older visitors. We will definitely book again for a 4 day cruise. We need 2 days on Cococay. :)

Very enjoyable for a short cruise. Food and service were excellent.

Excellent ship with many activities, but little information for first Time Cruisers. No Indian/Asian breakfast and very limited Indian/Asian food for lunch or dinner.
