Had a good time but was disappointed with the soda package. A waste of money.

Navigator of the Seas is a great boat -- lots to do for all ages.

I have sailed many cruises with Royal Carribean but this was by far the most perfect. The ship, Coco Cay the refurbishments were excellent but the staff is what made eveything complete. Thank you Numberto, Merlinda and Rohan for the best vacation ever and to the entire staff of the Coco Beach Club! Outstanding Service!

It was great! 99% of the staff was friendly. The people running the cafe promenade wasn't as friendly. Didnt care for that experience.

Excellent service, clean upgraded ship. Great activities for school children. ( except for the Arcade- the machines take your money and don’t work. The techs fix the machines in the Casino instead!)

Great getaway, and relaxing with great food and activities

I’ve artists to RC twice and have not heard a word back. My experience was fun in spite of Royal Caribbean not because of them. The crew members (especially those in guest services where incredibly rude.) My room was not very clean and didnt come with promised amenities.

Awesome first experience on Royal Caribbean Cruise. Extremely well hospitality service from all crew members. So many things to do on the cruise and shore excursions. Many food choices and even vegan or vegetarian food. We had wonderful time.

The best vacation ever for me. Would highly recommend & want to plan another cruise very soon. The staff make you want to return!

Overall the cruise was good, staff was friend, boat was clean and entertainment was entertaining. My husband and I are not drinkers but we do like a glass of wine with dinner or a cocktail after dinner so the package is a waster of money but so is single purchases. They really need to come up with some variety packages or something. I also didn't like having to pay extra for certain meals or an "upgraded" quality, I rather increase the price a little per person if guest are interested in trying a "signature" restaurant.

This was a perfect cruise for families of all ages, girls getaways or just to have fun! We hope to go again!

The cruse was wonderful. Loved the escape room, drink package, entertainment and bars. Wish there was more of a night life.

Disappointed that specialty coffee was not included in the Deluxe drink package for $80 a day.

Over all a great experience and perfect for a short get away from winter weather. From embarkation to debarkation and everything in between, RCI had it down pat, making the whole trip very enjoyable.

These was my first time in the cruise , Royal Caribbean was a great option , I went for my birthday weekend , I had a wonderful time in the cruise . The Coco cay island is wonderful .

I would love the take this cruise again with my family. This cruise was part of a business meeting.
