Review summary

It was a nice way to take a short vacation for work and home.

Embarkation

4 out of 5
Good. However I don’t find that buying The Key gives us any advantage when checking in.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
The food hasn’t changed in years. Even with the idea of Theme Menus, it’s pretty drab.

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
Pool deck. It was a short itinerary so we sun’s one day and took an excursion the other day.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
The ice show is always entertaining! I wasn’t a fan of Showgirls, but they were entertaining. We LOVED the comedian! Kivi Rogers.

Service and Staff

4 out of 5
I like my coffee and sweets in AM in cabin before going to the dining room. This is appreciated. Just wish the sweets were not dry and they consistently called before coming and delivered at the time requested.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
We know what to expect with a RCCL ship. It was nice.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
We haven’t had an inside cabin for 20+ years. Due the the trip length, it was fine. Spacious enough and clean.

Ports of call

Ensenada, Mexico

4 out of 5
We didn’t see the town. Our Mexican cooking and Tequila Tasting was great!

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
Couldn’t have been easier. Especially compared to them at the Florida ports…
