Review summary

Short cruise but we had a relaxing time. The weather was nice and cool. It was great to escape the Texas heat for a few days!

Cabin / Stateroom

The cabin was showing its age a little but it was comfortable. We liked having the porthole.

Ship tip

Look at the schedule for the entire cruise to make sure you don’t miss something you want to do - especially on shorter cruises. For instance, the ice skating show was only on day one.

Ports of call

San Pedro (Los Angeles), California

We walked around on our own. The burgers at the Happy Diner were great. There were lots of small, local shops in the area we stayed in.

Ensenada, Mexico

We toured on our own. Bazar Casa Ramirez is a great local shop. They carry products from local artists and have so many cool things! I love to watch the seals and the pelicans at the port.

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
We did self-assist and left the ship a little after 7. The port has facial recognition which makes disembarkation so much faster.
