It was too cold to do water slide. Pool was too crowded.

Waiters were good. Room stewards did not do much. Sales personnel were to pushy

Layout ok. Did not like casino in middle of ship pushing smoke up. Ship was clean but not sanitary. Overall, ship was dated.

Cabin was not clean. Carpet stained and shower was gross.

Pay for upscale dining. Board late and get off early. Do not shop.

Very vague ar best review of a cruise. I was on Navigator of the Seas in Jan, and had a great time. My guess, is this person set their expectations way too high and let that ruin the cruise. I will admit, that the cabin steward was not doing their best with upkeep of cabin, but that is insignificant compared to tge great time I had.

Appreciate your feedback. More details would have been appreciated. Cruising during Spring Break is probably not the best time. Sorry you were disappointed.
