Review summary

The swimming with the dolphins was the highlight of our cruise. It was nice to have the kids club so me and my husband can have some alone time while the kids were safe. The kids enjoyed the pool and the pool attendants were helpful watching the kids swim and enjoy the pool. Our family enjoyed the laser tag activity, the pool and food.

Our room was not cleaned. We had to request to have our bed covers changed multiple times before our room steward changed it. In 5 days our room was cleaned 3x. Unlike from our previous cruises our room was cleaned at least 2x a day! We would even joke that the room steward was hiding in the closet because every time we left the room messy we would come back to a clean room! But Not with Royal.. our bed cover was dirty and had to request for the bed to be made even if there was a sign we were out and need the room cleaned. I’m not sure if they are short staffed, I hate to sound like I’m whining but with the amount of money we paid we expect to have clean room. We made a mental note not to use Royal Caribbean again. This is our 2nd time cruising with Royal. Room steward would did not provide toilet paper. We had to ask and call guest services at least 2x before they provided us the toilet paper. The toilet wasn’t too working on the 2nd day. We called at least 2x and waited 4hrs before someone took action. We had to go out of our room to use the toilet.
