The restaurant experience was the only good experience, the waiters were great, but encountered the staff at the buffet to be unpleasant, at times rude and not helpful. We were asled to leave before we finished our food. We also found out that we had to pay for food at the decks, in Carnaval food is included everywhere
Onboard Activities

The jacuzzis were full of kids that were splashing everywhere and throwing water at people, their parents allowed to play as if it were a pool and fed them food inside of the jacuzzi. The adult area was full at all times and was not able to get in it.
Entertainment

In one of the bars on the 4th floor there was no DJ , just music playing very low and we asked several people if they could turn up the music, they said they would get someone to turn it up and no one ever came. We ordered drinks and the waiter never returned.

It appeared that many of the staff were in a bad mood or tired, and they were very short and abrupt, we were also removed from an area, which they said it was exclusive to certain people, in Carnaval we had access everywere

The majority of the ship was okay, although the hallway areas' carpet looked old and a bit dirty

The size was okay and the people who cleaned it did a very good job. The furniture on the balcony looks old.

You will be treated beter and have a better time in Carnival
Wow. I have been on several Royal Cruises and several Carnival ones too and have the complete opposite opinion. Question though when was the last time you cruised carnival? Because Soda is not included on their ship too. Unless you purchased the bubble package.
