Review summary

Excellent staff everywhere. Rock hard beds. Needs to update the beds. Putting a pad on bed made no difference. Ruined whole cruise First and last cruise on Royal.

It was a nice size cabin with a full size couch. Bed was hard as a rock and neither of us was able to sleep at all. Ruined our experience. Also made us decide never to cruise in Royal again even though we have a credit

We were on same sailing as you. Agree with your evaluation. I am doubtful there is a Royal Caribbean cruise in my future; we'll stick with their sister-company Celebrity or on NCL!
