Review summary

From booking with David at through our return to port, we thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of the trip. David made it extremely easy to navigate the booking process and ensure we were able to sit with our friends who we were travelling with, since they had booked previously directly thru Royal Caribbean. David made it seamless. The ship was extremely clean, staff (without exception) were delightful! Food was spectacular and the 2 ports of call were just right.

We enjoyed the adult pool - it was lovely and the service was great. The Marriage Game (adults only) was hilarious and the trivia games in the Schooner Bar were lots of fun.

Very easy to navigate around the ship. Great signage. Our room (and every area we visited) was spotless.

Cabin / Stateroom

It was perfect for my husband & me. We loved having the balcony - it added a lot to our enjoyment. Room was spotless and cleaned beautifully each morning & evening.

Ship tip

Definitely recommend a balcony. We saw a couple of inside cabins and I would have been claustrophobic..

Catalina Island, California

We didn't use a shore excursion from Royal Caribbean but we rented a 6 passenger golf cart on our own and toured around the island which was wonderful. (We had 6 in our party and could not reserve a 6 passenger cart thru the cruise ship.) A great way to explore the island.

Ensenada, Mexico

We did the Calafia Wine Country tour and it was excellent! Our guide, Gil, was very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
