This was our first cruise since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic, and almost 2 and a half years since our last cruise, and we’re pleased to see that the health and safety of passengers and crew was taken very seriously by Royal. We’ll definitely continue cruising with them and are considering another trip in the Fall.

Overall, everything was good, except a couple nights in the MDR the quality was a little off and Chops tended to slightly overcook their steaks.

We mostly just hung out, but there were plenty of activities, had we felt like doing stuff.

The shows were good and the ice show was our first at sea experience.

The shop was very easy to get around in and maintained to a very high level of cleanliness.
Cabin / Stateroom

The cabin is typical of the Junior Suite found on these older classes of ship: large, with slightly outdated furnishings. It was very comfortable and well maintained by our cabins attendant.
Ship tip
The ship is large enough that a cabin located midship will save on walking too much to and from meals and activities.
