Review summary

This was a 7 night cruise to Mexico with ports of call to Cabo San Lucas, Mazatlan and Puerto Vallarta. We have booked an excursion at each stop through the cruise line to explore and learn the local customs, culture and history of the Mexican people. The on-ship experience was very enjoyable as well as entertaining. In summary we had a wonderful time.

Embarkation

We had a scheduled appointment for embarkation. We pre-checked on line, arrived on time and the entire check-in process went very smoothly. We were on board in 15 minutes without any waiting time.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

We were very satisfied with the food being served. We ate in the MDR and the Windjammer but not in any of the specialty restaurants. We had a back-to-back booking and we asked the head waiter to reserve for us a window table for the second leg of our cruise. This made our dining experience very special.

Onboard Activities

The weather was on the cool side throughout the entire cruise. Solarium was perfect and we had plenty of sun to warm ourselves. We utilized the fitness center and relaxed in the Diamond Club.

Entertainment

The ice scaring show was splendid, so was the production show. We did not enjoy the comedy show that much.

Service was superb.

We like the Voyager class of ships. All areas were clean.

Cabin was excellent and roomy

Disembarkation

We did not have to disembark since we were sailing back-to-back. Our luggage stayed in the room. We walked down to terminal for custom check and walked back to the ship.
