Review summary

We had such a great time! Our kids loved it, and want to go again soon. This was our first cruise with Royal Caribbean and it will definitely not be our last!

Embarkation

4 out of 5
Because of Covid, the embarkation process was a bit stressful. The attendant helping 7s check in did not want to accept the Covid results because they didn't look the way she felt they should.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
While we didn't visit the buffet or specialty restaurants, we loved our Dining Room experience. The food was amazing, and our wait staff was even better! They were the reason we kept returning to the dining room for dinner every night, and sometimes for Breakfast and lunch too.

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
Our kids had a great time exploring the pool area, the water slides, wave pool, rock climbing wall, and mini golf course. The only downside was that the Escape Room, serving we had really been looking forward to, was closed due to Covid. I do wish we had known that ahead of time.

Entertainment

4 out of 5
The entertainment was ok, nothing really too exciting. The best show, however, was the ice skating show. It is very much worth a reservation!

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
The staff on Navigator of the Seas was AMAZING!! So many kind people who were willing to go out of their way to help you. Never once did I feel like anyone in my family was a burden to any of the staff.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
The ship was beautiful, and CLEAN!

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
We lived the balcony. Such amazing views. We've decided that we will always rent a balcony cabin when cruising.

Ship tip

Remember to bring a swimming suit. The Collection (the store on board) does not have much to choose from.

Ports of call

Cabo San Lucas, Mexico

5 out of 5
There was not enough time to be spent in Cabo, especially with having to take Tenders. I think there needs to be the opportunity to spend an entire day there, not just 5 hours.

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
Easy process! I highly encourage people to use the luggage service. It made it so much easier to get everything and everyone off the ship. And the luggage was very easy to find.
