Service and Staff

Entire crew and ship personnel were fantastic in their service and their interactions with every guest

Ship Quality

Liked the design and layout. This is 2nd time on the Navigator of the Seas and it does have some musty odors that are unpleasant.

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
Nice cabin layout, comfort and cleanliness. The balcony door handle when in locked position makes tapping noises which are disruptive to sleeping. This is our 3rd

Ship tip

This is our 3rd cruise on Royal Caribbean and we normally get the Specialty Dining package, however we did not this time and were pleasantly surprised how amazing the food and service was in the Main Dining room which is all inclusive and didn't cost extra. I may suggest only getting the Specialty Dining package for 1 or 3 nights and save your money.

Ports of call

San Pedro (Los Angeles), California Did not visit port

Not interested in visiting San Pedro

Catalina Island, California

We did not do an excursion however we were very pleased that Catalina Island has improved incredibly since the last time we visited 45 years ago. Much cleaner, great shops, restaurants and hotels

Ensenada, Mexico

3 out of 5
We took the La Bufadora excursion. It was a fairly long bus ride through a very impoverished area. The blowhole spout and location were very pretty, however the peddlers were a bit pushy wanting tourists to buy their wares.

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
Smooth and flawless, expeditious.
