Pretty easy. I can’t say anything bad. I think they do a better job in Florida, but that’s me nitpicking. Embarkation was smooth and easy.

Food and Dining

Let me start off by saying the buffet was a complete and total dump in every sense! The food was garbage and the service was the worst I’ve experienced in any cruise line. Coming from Celebrity, I can tell you that it’s not even close! Celebrity’s food and service is head and shoulders above Royal Caribbean; especially in the buffet. Hooked was also horrible. I was expecting a lot after watching YouTubers say how great it was, but I thought it was very underwhelming. Lastly, the service in both Chops and the Main Dining Room were excellent! The food was OK in Chops and not good in the dining room, but the service was excellent and it made up for the bad food; to me at least. This was my first Royal Caribbean cruise after cruising on Celebrity, so maybe I’m just skewed, but I was very disappointed and surprised with the huge gap between the sister lines.
Onboard Activities

I really don’t care about rock climbing and water slides so I’m not one to comment on those things. The pool was like the pool on any other ship I’ve been on, so I’d say it’s average.
Entertainment

This is where Royal Caribbean blew me away. Coming from Celebrity, I had no idea what entertainment on a ship could be. Wow! The shows and entertainers were simply magnificent! Nothing on Celebrity comes comes close. I would book a cruise on Royal again simply for the entertainment.
Service and Staff

Horrible in the buffet, hit or miss everywhere else, and excellent in the main dining room. That’s really all I can say.
Ship Quality

The ship was beautiful and spotless. The main dining room is gorgeous. The theater and entertainment venues are amazing. This is certainly a strong suit of Royal Caribbean.
Cabin / Stateroom

Very spacious and clean Junior Suite. The decor is a tad outdated and it had a tub that could be difficult to get in for older travelers, but I was very happy overall.
Ship tip
If you’re a foodie, you’re in for a disappointment. If you value entertainment above all, then you’re in for a treat.
