Review summary

Great first cruise - this was actually my "test" cruise to see if I would like cruising. And I loved it! I had an amazing time. The cruise was on at about 30% capacity so I know that I didn't experience the "full" cruise. But I enjoyed the atmosphere and the friendliness of everyone. It really felt like a vacation and it was nice to get away just for a weekend. I enjoyed it so much that I booked another!

I was there early and went through quickly. I had all of my documents with me and was on the ship within 10 minutes.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

Tried different options on the ship, main dining room for dinners, Jaime's Italian for lunch, Windjammer buffet for lunch, Izumi for dinner, and Chops for lunch. Overall the experiences were great. I would do the Main Dinning Room, and Windjammer, and Jaime's again. I enjoyed their food the most. And I love The Lime and Coconut Bar.

Onboard Activities

Didn't do many activities, but there were many things offered. Had a pedicure that was nice.

Entertainment

Saw that ice skating show, and that was amazing. Also, spent a lot of time on the deck next to the pool and the music was great.

Did not travel with children.

Everyone was amazing. They were always checking in to make sure I was having a nice time or if I needed anything.

Ship Quality

The ship was clean and I liked that there were hand sanitizers everywhere for you to use. Since this was my first cruise the ship was so big to me, and I was always lost, even with all of the maps and app. :)

Cabin / Stateroom

The room was perfect for a single traveler. I found it very spacious. And I really enjoyed the colors, I found them to be calming and relaxing. I loved the balcony. I enjoyed sitting watching and listening to the ocean.

Disembarkation

This was very quick, immigration was very fast. I was in the immigration line for 5 minutes. I was able to grab a shuttle to the airport immediately.
