Review summary
The cruise was enjoyable - good food and exceptional staff!
However, I do have a comment about the ship's cabin furnishing:
Somebody made the decision to remove the one table (coffee table) out of all the staterooms. It is my strong desire that that person should take a 32-day vacation (as we did) in his home and have all the tables removed. Which means they would have to use the floor as the only place they can sit the cups and glasses. And when they eat they have hold their plates on their laps. Of course, if they want to refill their drink or get up for any reason then they must set their plates on the floor. What could possibly be the reason the decision would be made to remove all the coffee tables from in front of the couches????
The RCCL web site shows a table in the rooms of this ship. This then makes it impossible to tell when you are booking if you will have a table in front of the couch on any of the other ships. Is RCCL going to do this on all their ships? I sincerely doubt we will sail again on a ship that has no table in the cabin.
We are Diamond plus on RCCL so it is not our first cruise, but it is the first and hopefully last cruise we will take without a table in the room
