some cabins should not be rented out. I guess they would be ok if the occupants wanted to party till 3:15AM

Review summary

We were in cabin 1834 on the 12th deck.  These cabins have been added and are above the swimming pool where a party takes place until 3:15AM and the bed in our cabin rocked with the bass.  We called and they said they would turn down the volume and it would be over by 2AM.  When it was still going on we called and they said it was a full party and they couldn't shut it down.  The hotel manager Norman and his assistant (I think Edward) credited us one day of our cruise and gave us 25% off our next cruise.  They also said they would address the issue.

In the mean time don't assign cabins 1888-1876 or 1826-1838 on the 12th deck.

We are on deck 12 in September, 2130. Did you also have noise from galley above?
