Love Royal Caribbean

Sail Date: September 14, 2014

Reviewed: 2 years ago

Traveled As: Family (older children)

Room Type: Inside

The cruise ship itself and the entertainment on it was fabulous.  Not so keen on the ports we stopped in.  Not much to see in Cozumel or Caymen Island and the stories we heard prior to our cruise about Jamaica, I don't even know why the cruise ships would go into that port.  Royal Caribbean is prettier, and cleaner then a previous cruise ship I have been on.

Ship Quality
The ship was clean and beautiful!
Food and Dining
Benedicto was the best Waiter ever!!!!
Service and Staff
Service and staff was great until the end when it came to resolve the financial issues. I was told everything was taken care of before I left the ship then had to deal with it for a week later through the call center. The staff at the Information center on the cruise ship only pretended to know what they were doing.
Children's Programs N/A
Onboard Activities
Destinations and Excursions
Didn't necessarily like the ports of call we stopped in . Jamaica shouldn't even be a place to stop.
Cabin / Stateroom
Room service was excellent.
Galveston, Texas
Favorite thing here was watching the dolphins around the ship while waiting to sail.
Cozumel, Mexico
George Town, Grand Cayman
Falmouth, Jamaica
