Review summary

The cruise ship itself and the entertainment on it was fabulous.  Not so keen on the ports we stopped in.  Not much to see in Cozumel or Caymen Island and the stories we heard prior to our cruise about Jamaica, I don't even know why the cruise ships would go into that port.  Royal Caribbean is prettier, and cleaner then a previous cruise ship I have been on.

Service and Staff

Service and staff was great until the end when it came to resolve the financial issues. I was told everything was taken care of before I left the ship then had to deal with it for a week later through the call center. The staff at the Information center on the cruise ship only pretended to know what they were doing.
