Review summary

We have sailed RC many times and have been on sister ship Voyager of the Seas, before, knew what to expect, and were not disappointed.  Navigator has been recently refurbished and it is even more beautiful. We had an outside balcony and that made it awesome. The entertainment was very good, the food great and the service as good as always. Would recommend this ship to anyone.

Embarking and disembarking. always a pain, was longer and more difficult than previous occasions but this is due to Galveston not having the kind of boarding facilities one finds in Miami or Fort Lauderdale.

On the other hand, the sailing location resulted in the great majority of the passengers being Texans (we are from the East Coast) and we found Texans were the most fun passenger group of any other cruise we have ever been. Down to earth, friendly and approachable.
