Navigator of the Seas July 2011

Sail Date: June 26, 2011

Reviewed: 5 years ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Balcony

If you are willing to accept less than average food quality, you will be otherwise happy with this cruise. The layout of the ship is very nice. The cruise was full, but we rarely ran into a crowd. We had a balcony stateroom; the bed was very comfortable.

Pros: Layout of the ship

Cons: The food quality was less than average

Recommends Navigator of the Seas? Yes!

Ship Quality
Food and Dining
The food was less than average quality. Soups were tasteless; salads wilted. Meats often undercooked or overcooked.
Cabin / Stateroom
The bed was very comfortable; the shower was a little larger than average. Great closet.
Service and Staff
The only staff we found less than helpful was the Guest Relations staff.
Entertainment
Messina, Sicily

Don't Miss: Taorima, a wonderful town containing a beautiful Greek theater overlooking the ocean
Souda (Chania), Crete
Nice town, but not much to do. We didn't have enough time to go to the beach
Kusadasi (Ephesus), Turkey
Kusadasi is only 20 minutes from Ephesus
Don't Miss: Ephesus
