Some of the singers don’t have good voices. - [ ] Lunch is available in the dining room on port days unlike some of the other cruise lines

The food was average. They serve cold burgers and pizza in the Pizza And Burger restaurant. - [ ] Service is slow in the dining rooms for lunch most days and dinner is hit or miss - [ ] You have to pay for water in the specialty restaurants and the water is lukewarm in the dining room

The staff was awesome. The cruise need to add true handicap accessible excursions. There meaning of handicap accessible is that they will place your wheelchair or scooter under the coach bus.

- [ ] You have to use the volume up or down button while watching a paid movie on the tv to avoid the tv from shutting off -tThe toilet is literally right next to the sink. Poorly designed. -We had a nice junior suite - [ ] Room Service(buttons that will allow you to let the cabin steward know if your room is ready to be clean or you prefer to not be disturbed.

Ship tip

If you haven’t cruised with MSC in the past do not have high expectations in general

Thank you for your review! My wife and I are going on the 11/24 embarkation and being handicapped myself it was good to see a review with that perspective. I was worried because of the unknown but now thanks to your review I have a better idea of what to expect and prepare for! Cheers! 👍

Pizza and Burger place is grab n go.. looks like replace burgers once those on counter have gone. If catch them freshly made then they are good but imagine will deteriorate longer they are there.

We have just disembarked in Marseille. Main dining in Bubbles. Entered at 1830 and after full 3 course meal left at 1935. Pretty quick compared to other lines.
