Review summary
Great cruise! Beautiful ship, wonderful service. Very few Americans on the ship but we were paired with two couples from the U.S at dinner which was great. Embarkation and Debarkarion went very smoothly and was so well organized. Our excursion to Provence, France was terrific. We are young 60 year olds and found this cruise on the MSC Splendida a great experience. No complaints except food always seemed to be on the lukewarm to cold side. We purchased a beverage package, used up water but coffee and beer we ended up giving to our fellow dinner friends, you basically are gone during the day. You cannot bring wine to dinner, you can purchase a bottle and the ship will
hold on to it and bring it to you the following night for dinner. Would have liked coffee after dinner with dessert, I guess that is what I am used to in the U.S.
