Review summary

The Ship is beautiful, modern and clean. The cabin steward was great and the check in went wonderful. The real problem is the dining services both the dining room and casual self serve dining area. The dining room had very bad service getting anyone to wait on you, I never got the food I ordered, or they simply skipped a course and kept saying I forgot, The servers were rude and unprofessional. The dining room had little or no bar service and forget getting a clean table during peak hours, unless you want to clean the table yourself to get a place to eat.

This is a beautiful ship\, with warm tones and art deco feel. lots of places to have a quiet talk or drink. The main staircase is beautiful layered with crystals

Sounds like a great itinerary but hit or miss service. Not the way I want to spend vacation.
