FOOD: The quality of food is very inconsistent. Some dishes were great, som were good but there were also at lot that was just okay. STAFF: A few of the staff were good, but too many just didn't care. INFO: Generally there was a lack of information regarding many aspects of the cruise. You have to figure stuff out yourself. DESIGN: The shop is BEAUTIFUL. Lots of great spaces to sit and eat and just be. But the deck plan can be confusing.

My first time with MSC and would certainly sail with them again. Beautiful ship with plenty to do. Nice ports , friendly and polite crew are very helpful.

Great itinerary. Fantastic ship. Good staff. The ship comes to life just before midnight.

Great ship loads of stuff on it always trying to get you to spend more even ice just normal Mr whippy you have to pay for staff attitudes and manners were poor would never go on msc again

This was or first MSC, we was a bit suspicious about booking it with the bad reviews but we loved it and have booked to go on the seaside great value for money compaired with the American cruise companies,

Traveled with husband and 2 teenagers ship is fabulous, staff are the best, food amazing selection. Sports bar has Nachos and dips, Seaview Lounge has breakfast pastries / cakes to help yourself to, Atrium has nuts and crisps

Belle croisière. Après, le staff essaie de vous vendre des photos, des réservations aux restaurants de spécialités, des forfaits boissons, des soins au spa. Nous avons voyagé avec Princess et n'avons pas ressenti une telle pression. Sinon, globalement ce fût une très belle expérience.

It was a hot vacation due to the heatwave Europe was experiencing our week. The ship was gorgeous and the cruise was fantastic

Magnificent ship!!! Service of staff was excellent, food was good. Drink packages way to expensive, in my opinion beter not take. Aquapark is Unreal 😊 Port calls were Barcelona, ajaccio, genua, la spezia, civitavechia, Cannes and palma de Mallorca. Overall we had an amazone vacation.

For our first cruise it was excellent. When you spend it with family, it's going to be just that.

It was an amazing cruise. The shows were great. We had to miss one of our ports because of a weather issue and one night we left later because of a passenger issue.

Overall, this was a fantastic cruise! We actually took this cruise as a roundtrip from Barcelona 13 April - 20 April 2019, with the same ports as listed below. The itinerary was excellent, we got to visit so many places (no sea days)! MSC Seaview is a spectacular and incredible ship. There was so much to do, all the staff were great and the food was good too.

Un barco increíble, con muchas zonas abiertas, una decoración fantástica, diferentes en cada planta, las fiestas del atrio espectaculares y el equipo de animación súper simpáticos. El equipo de fotografía muy profesionales. La comida en los bufetes buena y bastante variada.

This is my second Cruise with MSC. My first was on Meraviglia, and that was wonderful. The attention to detail on this cruise is severely lacking and my Yacht Club experience is not worth the money I have paid. We are kept waiting constantly. Priority embarkation at ports doesn’t exist. You order tea, but the milk follows on half an hour later. Waiting staff seem bored and because everything is complimentary they have no incentive to come and take an order by the pool. Very disappointed by the attitude.

This was my third cruise, first with MSC Cruises and was not sure what to expect. Embarkation left alot to be desired. Due to my transportation to Messina, I knew I would be waiting before I could board the ship, but was not impressed at all when the guard told everyone lined on the sidewalk with all their baggage, that we would have to wait over 2.5 hours before we could even get into the terminal out of the sun! The ship was already disembarking passengers for the excursions, but everyone had to either sit on their baggage or the fence in the hot sun, or if lucky enough to get a seat at a cafe across the road. The ship is VERY beautiful and well laid out for the most part. Sometimes the passageways can get a bit confusing. The Yacht Club is completely amazing and well worth the price, when you include the perks and the peace and quiet and great service that you get. Very happy with the cruise and would very seriously consider another cruise with MSC!
