Review summary

This was by far the most expensive and WORSE CRUISE EVER! I thought freezing on my cruise was bad but this topped it! We had a party of 13 with 7 cabins and everyone of us had issues everyday! The food was HORRIBLE when we got to the ports we were looking for Subway and McDonald’s as places to get something to eat. I was given turkey sausage (hot dogs) that was cold and uncooked from the back, 1 person from our party was given a steak that was still bleeding when they cut into it when they asked for well done. We couldn’t get extra wash cloths in our room but I guess we were lucky cuz 3/7 cabins didn’t even have wash cloths in their rooms! I was at guest services sometimes 2/3 times a day to get my bill correct, I was being charged other people’s drinks, and even my own when I had a drink package where I shouldn’t have been charged at all! The staff on the boat was rude at times even at guest services where they send you too when they didn’t know the answer to anything!! The only positive thing about this ship it was beautiful and the deals they had on ship but other than that we have been telling everyone to stay far away from MSC cruise line!!
