Review summary

One of the best cruises we have been on. It was a 'popup' price so good time to test. First time on MSC and won't be the last. We are platinum NCL and have been disappointed lately. MSC knocked it out of the park.

Head waiter in main dining room came to our table wherever he saw us, our room steward, Arbor, very accomodating.

We need a handicap room and had no problem getting one. We just had to request a top sheet for our bed. Since they are a European company, it's not something they do, but it was no problem to get one.
